General Commercial Terms and Conditions for Party service by Flambée

Having made a reservation, the client accepts the General Commercial Terms and Conditions given below and considers them binding.

Reservation

To place an order for a private party, the order has to be delivered in writing (by fax, messenger post, or e-mail) no later than 14 days prior to the private party. Any additional services and items (such as floral decoration, sound distribution, furniture, etc.) have to be a part of your order and must be specifically mentioned in writing; otherwise these cannot be provided.

Furniture, decoration, flowers, music, lighting, sound systems, tents

When ordering the above services the customer is entitled to the same price that is being charged to Flambée, s.r.o. by its suppliers (Direct payment between supplier and the end customer is possible).

Drinks

When serving your drinks we reserve the right to charge a CZK 250 corkage fee. We charge a lump sum of CZK 200 per person for an unlimited consumption of soft drinks (such as mineral water and juices).

Inventory damage

If damage is caused to the furniture, inventory or the equipment of the building, the customer shall compensate the damage to full extent.

Payment conditions

When placing an order, the client shall be issued a pro forma invoice in the amount of 50% of the estimated price. The invoice shall be paid no longer than 14 days prior to the private party. The payment can be performed in cash at Flambée's registered office or it can be transferred from a bank account. This amount shall be deducted from the final cost when issuing the final invoice. When covering this final invoice by means of a bank transfer, customers shall note that the maturity date is 14 days from the issue date. If an invoice is not paid within these 14 days, we reserve the right to charge a penalty of 0.1% of the final amount for each day the invoice is overdue.

For advance payments or payments in cash, the customer is granted a discount of 2% off the final amount.

Cancellation terms

If a reservation for a private party is canceled in writing no later than 14 days before the private party is to take place, no cancellation fee is charged. If a reservation is canceled less than 14 days before the private party, Flambée, s.r.o. reserves the right to charge a cancellation fees as follows:

14 - 7 days prior to the private party = 25% of the estimated price; 6 - 3 days prior to the private party = 50% of the estimated price; 48 hours prior to the private party = 75% of the estimated price.
